A few weeks. Maybe it's because Cartman is difficult to understand. I mean you have to get used to the way he speaks. It was just yesterday when I realised he said Dildo when refering to his cat, though I first saw the episode a few weeks ago. Moreover, previously I wasn't sure if Mrs. Cartman was saying Kitty Kitty (the cat) or Kiddie Kiddie (Eric).

We can call each other names like dildo or mother fukker without really taking it literally. So I doubt I am the only one who didn't get it at first.
