Pinwheels and Shiela?

OK, I must have missed these fanfics, but who is this other Shiela who loves Cartman and what is the story behind these GD pinwheels that keeps popping up in fanfic lately?!

Sheila Broslofski is Kyle's cousin. She's named after Kyle's mom. Kyle Broslofski (the fanfic auther) created her. She also started the whole 'pinwheel' thing. Pinwheels are all-powerful, you know... beware... expect it when you're least expecting it... the pinwheels will strike!!!! Also, don't piss off Sheila, or you may find a pinwheel up yer'ass.

OK, and Sheila is (in case no one responded...my newsserver skips posts or takes forever to get them sometimes, so if someone did respond, don't kill me with a deathray) Kyle's cousin, and she's 9 years old. Sheila is a character created by me, (my real name is Jess--yes I'm a girl--even though I post under the name Kyle Broslofski, as you can see) She came to South Park, and was adopted by Kyle's family, since her parents (Ralph and Lucia--also created by me) are involved with criminal stuff. In my first fanfic ("The Quickie") Sheila debuted, and that's when she first met Cartman, of course. In the beginning, the pinwheel thing wasn't really that obvious...the only mention of pinwheels was just when she would tell Pip to go away ("Go buy yourself a pinwheel!") It eventually evolved from that, to what it is today.

Sheila herself, though, can be described as being loud, psychotic, explosive, violent and/or bitchy when bothered in any way, defensive, and a bit of a smartass, and she also seems to have a bit of a tendency towards mood swings. None of these things in an evil way, though! :) She can also be really nice (when she wants to--but, she's never nice when she's pissed off, of course) and, she probably has a sense of humor, but I'm not too sure if I've actually developed this aspect of her in the plots of any of my 'fics yet....You can also call her "unique" ;P

She has a superhero identity called Psycho Bitch (will be in upcoming 'fics...) and she has some unusual powers, as well.

As for appearance, she's short (she doesn't *LOOK* very tough and all, which makes it a bit of a surprise to anyone who thinks it would be fun to bug her), with blonde hair. Everyone probably has varying takes on how they thought she'd look. If you want to see any pictures of her, I have two .jpeg's I drew with paint...they're not extremely high quality, since I did them basically freehand, so don't expect any professional corporation-quality graphics or anything.

I think that's basically all there is to her. I'll shut up now. ;P
