This group will serve to house Southpark related binaries. Southpark is an extremely popular animated series in the US. See Yahoo's Southpark listing for an example of SP's web activity at:

It airs on the Comedy Central cable channel, and is their highest rated show ever (check it out, if you can!). Thousands of Southpark fans "trade" binaries from screen savers and other executables to multimedia files. This group will be the sister (or brother --whatever) group of alt.tv.southpark. We've been experiencing a lot of general nastiness in a.t.s due to binary problems. I don't have any hard numbers, but a binary NG is particularly necessary for this show because it continues to grab new fans every week. A new NG will provide a much needed binary group and provide a place for us to point the more binary oriented of the Southpark fans.
