I'm from New Zealand, where we've only got up to "Cartman's Mom is a dirty Slut" Can someone post the other episodes after that which have screened in America? When is the Terrance and Philip Special in the order?

The way I understand it, "Cartman's mom is a dirty slut" is what the Terance and Philip episode is called. They did that too throw people off because they were expecting to find out who Cartman's dad is. The episode in which we find out Cartman's mom is really his dad is called, "Cartman's mom is still a dirty slut". I read this in some article recently.
