According to the Baltimore Sun newspaper SouthPark is the most uncivil TV show on today. Runners up are:

There is nothing wrong with WCW wrestling. Sure they may slip up and say "fuck" a few times over live TV, but other than that, there's really nothing 'uncivil' about it.

I have to disagree with that, they don't go trying to kill each other on SouthPark (except Kenny) like they do on Springer's show. We were watching the feed to Springer's show at the TV station I work for. In ten minutes we counted 6 fights, SIX! That is a fight every 45 seconds almost.

I know. I was reading an article about this the other day, too; if you _ever_ watched Springer like 2 years ago, fights were _extremely_ rare. Now, they're on every single show. The article was talking about how his ratings have absolutely soared since this has started happening.. and it seems like the audience and Springer thrive on it. I mean, they must be only getting people willing to get into fights.. for Christ's sake, every single person that walks onto the stage on that show just walks on and smacks someone else for no reason! It's pathetic, really.
