After the new season starts on Nov. 8, will the Saturday shows be new too, or just the Wednesday ones? (I'm guessing the latter, as I don't think they'd do 2 new shows a week, but wanted to make sure.)

As long as I've been watching, the Sat night showing has been a replay of the Wed night one. So if you miss it on Wed, you've got a few more chances.

I was under the impression that the new episode was just the continuation of the 4th season, and not the start of the 5th season. I've seen it listed as episode "412" in other places. To answer your question, no. The new episodes will be replayed on Saturday nights.
