Believe it or not - my name is Steve, I live in Snellville, Georgia, and in the past I have contributed ideas to South Park over the phone. I had no idea what they were planning.

Wait a minute ... were you trapped in ice for 32 months? Do you have plans on moving to Des Moines, Iowa? Are you also referred to as "Gorak"? Or Larry/Lionel/Lenny/Leslie? Is the government after you to aid in a takeover of Sweden? Does any of this make sense? <insert Chewbacca defense here>
Seriously, have any of your ideas ever made it to the show? Or are you just pulling our NG leg here?

Title 47, Sec.227(a)(2)(B); Sec.227(b)(1)(C). And I can pursue action under: Sec.227(b)(3)(C) - look 'em up.
Seriously, some of my ideas were used in Aliens episode (or Close Encounters Spoof) and the Planetarium episode. I was about to watch a video tape when my parents called and said I had to watch South Park. It was enough for them anyway. The Man from 1996 was probably a spoof of several people of which I was one. The Steve and Atlanta Falcons comments were a little suspcious, but I could be wrong. I think some of the jokes were about "child star burn-out", people who were famous once and then are no longer famous so they constantly like in the past. Again I could be wrong. This is just speculation. As for the other questions I was never frozen in ice, have no plans to visit Iowa, never used the alius Gorak (or Gorac or Gore-ack!), and yes it does make sense to me. Whether or not this is merely the product of an overactive imagination I am not going to force this down anybody's throat.
