It's possible there is an upcoming episode about Ron Paul, for all either of us know. However, Ron Paul is no longer running for president, so to do a Ron Paul episode now would seem already out of date.

Ron Paul is indeed still running for president. He has NOT dropped out.

He is simply being ignored by the media in a conscious and purposeful attempt to manipulate voters. I would strongly suggest that all who believe in him or care about America demand PAPER BALLOTS and WRITE HIM IN.

I have read what you refer to as the "anally rape the Constitution act", and have no idea what you must think is supposed to be wrong with it.

I assume you must be a proponent of LARGE and INTRUSIVE federal control of the several states, which is a very unconstitutional, and un-American attitude to take.

I see nothing wrong with the HR 4379 IH "We the People Act", as written. It is high time the federal courts began to follow the Constitution, by recognizing both states' rights, and those of the people at large.

The We The People Act does nothing to diminish the authority of the Fourteenth Amendment. What it does do is limit federal jurisdiction, which is a GOOD thing.

Then the proper venue for such a case would be in the Texas Supreme Court, NOT the SCOTUS. The Eleventh Amendment of the US Constitution already prohibits citizens of the several states from actions against their own state in federal court.
