0 - 12 points: Whatwhatwhat? How dare you roam this newsgroup? You can't even be a proper South Park fan!

13 - 24 points: Ai! You need to do a *LOT* more revision. But you have one reason to be here: to LEARN about South Park!

25 - 36 points: So-so. You haven't seen series two, by any chance have you?

42 - 48 points: Whoa dude, you may need to slow down a bit...

49 - 52 points: Kick ass! A bit addicted, don't you think? Consult a doctor.

53 points. The true South Park aficionado. You sit up on your computer during the dead of night, waiting for a crappy four hour download to finish by 4am, just so you can see that episode you missed last week.... South Park actually costs this type of person money!

(2) What's the age of Stan's grandad / great-grandad? *3 points*

(3) Follow up about Stan's grandad / great-grandad. What's his birthday wish? *2 points*

(4) What episode do you actually see Kenny reappearing after he has been killed one episodes before? *5 points*, but clue follows at bottom. If you need the clue and use it, give yourself just three points.

(10) What is the official name for episode 204? No cheating by looking at the CC website. *4 points* but *2 points* if u use the clue.

(11) Who ends up killing Skuzzlebutt in Volcano? *2 points*

(12) What setting in the planetarium blows Kenny's head up? You know, when he was sitting in the seat and watching...no, I've given away too much already. *2 points*, *1 point* if you use clue. Lots of clues now :)

(14) !Open question! Come up with one or more valid explanation(s) for how the baby pig in 105 looked like Mr G. The catch? You can't use the 'Mr Garrison [bleep]ed the pig' argument. *7 points*

(15) Here's a good one. What's the name of the short that never aired on TV, only online? *6 points*

The total maximum is 83 points, because I tried to do some nice 'ard ones. I'd be surprised if you lot got more than 80, though! But you guys are good... Hint for (4): He died two episodes before. Now remember, Kenny doesn't die in Cat Orgy or Mr Hanky The Christmas Poo...

Hint for (10): Is it Ike's Bris or Ike's Wee-Wee?

Hint for (12): It was the maximum setting!

Hint for (17): A bit cryptic, but here goes... Why does Chef go nuts over Cartman's Halloween costume? A bit unrelated, but... nearly gave it away then.

I'm certain that they aired #3, #4 and #5. I think they did the same with #1 and #2 eventually. The short i was thinking of is 'A Mother's Courage'.

Drew Thomas "...if you have no friends, then you have nothing. So friends are to be treasured." Larry the prehistoric iceman.

Yes, they did air the last three. No, 3 aired on the Tonight show around Thanksgiving, 1997, as an advance tape. Trey and Matt then appeared in December for the first time. The other two must have aired on Comedy Central, because I downloaded Quicktime versions from the CC web site. This is true for the Happy New Year shorts (1998 and 1999) as well. The Spirit of Christmas shorts ... I saw "Frosty" on UHF channel 38 here in Los Angeles a half year (February 1997) before the series started (I was amazed that this happened). The second "Spirit of Christmas will never air." As for "A Mother's Courage," I would never have thought of that as the unaired short for the simple reason that it was in Shockwave Flash format and could not be saved. Unless someone out there actually has a copy...

I found it! You can see a Java version (no, I'm lying, it's been down for about two months) or you can see the comic strip.

Thanks. I reached CC's site and found the comic-book version of "A Mother's Courage", increased my screen's resolution to 1152x864, saved the screens and cropped them, and made myself a three-page comic book. Still, it's not a short like "Frosty" or "Spirit of Christmas," since it's a video on how to carve a pumpkin to look like Lou Diamond Philips.

In article , Willie Westwood writes with this very pen that he holds in his hands...

The Spirit Of Christmas was made when someone gave $700 to Matt & Trey to make an Xmas card video

Drew Thomas "...if you have no friends, then you have nothing. So friends are to be treasured." Larry the prehistoric iceman.

They were right, though, about the video card. Graden did ask that Trey and Matt update their original 1992 "Spirit of Christmas," which goes by "Frosty" now. Graden then played the new "Spirit of Christmas" at a party, and made a few copies for his friends. George Clooney got hold of a copy and made some copies of his own. Then someone posted it on the Internet, and "The Unofficial SOXMAS Distribution Site" was born. It had the video available in all sorts of formats and resolutions, but last I checked, it was down to 10-15 links, and some of those don't work.

In article , Willie Westwood writes with this very pen that he holds in his hands...

Is the SOXMAS site the one with the 1995 version of TSOXMAS? If so, please tell me the http:// of it. I would love to get it, even though I saw a clip and Cartman swore three times in fifteen seconds. The bit I saw:

[Jesus, Stan and Cartman on screen. Jesus flies off and treads on Cartman's foot as Stan walks off the screen.]

Cartman: Ai! You trod on my foot, you pig f***er!

Stan (still walking off screen): Dude, don't say pig f***er in front of Jesus!

[Stan off screen. Just Cartman is left.]
