South Park Coincidence?

Saw this in alt.tv.comedy-central.. thought it was appropriate for here. Is this guy for real? Is there really a 'Kilkenny' in Ireland?

Yes, Kilkenny is an actual County of Ireland. When I went to Dublin last year, we visited Kilkenny because there's an extremely old castle there. Nice place.
