Um, ok. SP was not banned in the UK. In fact, the UK didn't even cut anything from the film or make adjustments. As for Austin Powers, all they did was give it a new title.

I have a magazine that follows the course of Austin Powers through the international releases. They renamed it for release in about 10 different countries. England, being the biggest, because it's worse than the word FUCK, so the change was obviouse. You don't go to a movie in America called "The Spy Who Fucked Me." Likewise, neither do they in england
There are movies that do include the word "fuck" in the title, such as Toby Araki's "Totally Fucked Up", although movies as such don't always recieve such wide releases.
