Agent Orange: The Great Pinwheel Caper.

**Authors note: For those long time readers of Agent Orange, you can skip this and get to the fic. BUT all you newcomers need a little info. First off, Kenny is really a secret agent code named Agent Orange. He has a secret base under the McCormick house and his parents are just play acting. From there, he can keep South Park safe from outside threats. No one knows all this, so keep it under your hat if you see Kyle, Stan and Cartman on the street.

[Deep below the McCormick house.]

Chief: No, no, no. Don't pet it so hard, you'll hurt it.

Secretary: I'm sorry, sir. I'm new at petting.

Chief: Thats okay, we all have to learn sometime.

Secretary: Is that any better?

Chief: Oh, yeah, thats much better.

Secretary: Oh, my God! Does it always do that??

Chief: I'm afraid so, thats why I have you pet my cat and not me. I hate loose cat hair.

[The secretary sets the sleepy-eyed cat down and brushs off the left over hair.]

Secretary: Is there anything else?

Chief: No, thank you for the petting.

Secretary: Anytime, sir, I had fun.

[She stood and left as Kenny came in.]

Chief: Ahhh, Agent Orange, thank you for coming. We have had some strange readings from our Weird-shit-O'meter.

Kenny: <looking a printout the Chief handed him> Mmmmm, the quantim frequencies are simulair to Sheila Broslofski's pinwheels.

Chief: Thats what the tech boys thought. Any ideas?

Kenny: Well, we know Sheila controls them by thought. Maybe if we merge her brainwave patterns to these readings, they *might* align.

Chief: Good call! I'll have the techies get to work on it.

Kenny: There's more to it than that, isn't there?

Chief: Your as observant as ever, Agent Orange.

[Chief hit a button on his desk and a 3D map of South Park appeared.]

Chief: Each occurance coinsides with a rather strange robbery.

[He hit a button and several markers appeared.]

Chief: These are the robberies.

Kenny: I never knew South Park had so many candy stores.

Chief: Plus a few toy stores.

Kenny: That would indicate a child.

Chief: That's what we believe. Your assignment is to find out who is commenting these crimes. Your prime suspect is Sheila Broslofski.

[The Broslofski Household.]

[Sheila and Cartman are in the living room as Kenny enters.]

Kenny: Mmmmghrghmmmmm?

Sheila: What in the name of the great fruckus are you talking about, little orange schemegagy boy? I was here all night!

Kenny: <shrugs> Mmmmmmghrghmmm.

Cartman: AY! I don't like you treating her like she was a prime suspect in a string of robberies! You better leave her alone or i'll be like "AY!! Hold still poor boy, this won't hurt for long" and you'll be like "MMMMGHRGHGGM!!!!!!!!"

Kenny: <thinking> I'd like to see you try it, fatboy.

[Stan and Kyle walk in, each has a small bag of candy. Kenny looks at them and then back at sheila.]

Kenny <thinking> They can't all be in on it. I've known these freaks a long time.

[There's a knock on the door before anyone answers it, Officer Barbrady bursts in.]

Barbrady: Who is Sheila Brueski?

Sheila: That's Broslofski, you flaming fanoopel!

Barbrady: <looking at his notepad> Ohhh, yeah, thats right. Your under arrest for breaking and entering and robbery.

Sheila: <looks around> But I'm Sheila Brueski!

Barbrady: <looks at his notepad again> Mmmmmmm, Mrs. Bruski, your under arrest for mass murder.

Sheila: Dammit!!! Ok, I'm Sheila Brosloski.

Barbrady: Well, I'll charge you with mass murder and breaking & entering and robbery, that way we clear all the bases.

Cartman: AY!! You better unhand her, you lousy gum shoe!

Kyle: Cartman, gum shoes are privite detectives.

Cartman: Are you sure?

Sheila: <as she is being taken away> Eric, my favorite cookie, avenge me. AVENGE ME!!!

Stan: I always figured she'd be dragged away to the looney bin before the cops got her.

Kyle: Me too.

Cartman: AY!!! Can we focus here?!?! My eternal soul mate for life has been dragged away by a weirdo cop, we have to save her!!

Stan: Awwww, why bother, she's guilty. We all know she is a fish short of a ocean.

Kyle: A brick short of a load.

Stan: An apple short of a bushel.

Cartman: Can we move on??

Kyle: Whats it worth to you?

Stan: Yeah, if we're going to help Sheila, we should get paid.

Cartman: Isn't her love and affection good enough for you?

Stan: Cartman, your the only one she's nice to. She treats us like shit!

Cartman: Maybe you should try to be buff and sexy.......like me. <starts posing and strutting around the living room>

Stan: Ok, we'll do it! Just stopping strutting, it makes your belly jiggle and its killing the image of Santa Claus.

Kyle: Totally dude! Are in too, Kenny?

[They look and Kenny is gone.]

Cartman: He probably left when he saw the cop and thought he was coming to lock up his acoholic father for stealing creamed corn at Safeway.

[Little do they know that Kenny is really upstairs and standing infront of Sheila's bedroom door. He opens his parka and pulls out a lock pick set and within seconds, the door his unlocked. Inside, we see a Cartman shrine, along one wall there are shelves filled with tuperware containers with pinwheels inside. After a long search, Kenny finds that several pinwheels are missing.]

Kenny: <thinking> Sheila could have been framed. She does have a lot of enemies, but her room remains locked at all times. The question is, who has her extra key. Cartman is obvous, but he loves her and wouldn't do anything to hurt her. Kyle and Stan could have framed her, they did have a bag of candy, but thats too weak to draw an conclusion from.

[Kenny leaves, making sure to set the room back to the exact way he found it and locking the door on the way out.]

[South Park Police Station.]

[Sheila is sitting a jail ceil and is dressed the standard orange jail uniform. As she lays on the ceil's only bunk, we hear a harmonic playing a sad tone from somewhere in the background.]

Sheila: <thinking> I'm going insane. Its been almost 10 minutes since I smooched my Cartman Cookie. I need to get out of here.

[She sits up..........and trips as she gets off the bunk.]

Sheila: Damn the prison shoes!!!

[She examines the ceil, which is eight by ten with a nine foot ceiling. The back wall is solid concrete and the three remaining walls are thick steele bars. There are three other ceils, each identical to hers.]

Sheila: Oh, its impossible!

[We hear a muffled curse and as Sheila looks up at the small barred window high on the back wall, we see Cartman's hat appear.]

Cartman: Higher you guys!

Stan: Goddammit Cartman, you weigh more than a city bus!!

Cartman: AY!!! Is it my fault that you hug trees instead of getting in shape like me??

[Sheila jumps up on the bunk then tries several times to jump up to the window. Finally, she jumps high enough to grab hold of the bars.]

Sheila: I knew you'd come for me!

Cartman: Not even the stars could seperate us for long.

Kyle: Wow <grunt> where did you <grunt> learn that Cartman?

Stan: Can we <grunt> hurry this up?!?

Cartman: Screw you, hippie!! <looks back at sheila> I'll get you out soon, I swear on Stan's mother's grave.

Stan: <grunt> Hey, my mom's not dead!

Sheila: She will be if you don't get me out of here!!

Cartman: I'll be back for you, I swear. <then he falls and we hear> Damn you weak ass hippies!

[Deep below the McCormick house.]

[Kenny is sitting at a computer and is busy going over the police reports for each robbery. From time to time he prints out a page, then goes back to the on screen report.]

Kenny: <thinking> Mmmmmm, thats strange.....all items were taken from the bottom shelf. I wonder why?

[South Park Police Station.]

[Cartman, Stan and Kyle are knealing at the concrete wall.]

Stan: I don't think this will work, dude.

Kyle: Totally! Where did you get this idea from, Cartman?

Cartman: I saw it in a movie once.

Stan: Then it has to work!

Kyle: Totally, dude! Movies never lie to us!

[Then they start scraping at the wall with spoons.]

[Across town at Robison's Toy Bin.]

[As Kenny approaches, we see several badly disguised security guards try not to appear to track his every movement.]

Kenny: <thinking> Why do they always do that to me?

[He walks around in circles. Many would think he was just wasting time, but in reality he was memorizing every detail.]

Kenny: <thinking> All the bottom shelves are stocked with toys for babies. <a long pause then......> It couldn't have been him!

[South Park Police Station.]

[Cartman, Stan and Kyle have each taken turns digging at the wall with their spoons. Stan and Kyle are sitting against the wall while Cartman is digging.]

Cartman: Almost there, almost there!

[We hear a small cracking noise.]

Cartman: I did it!!!!

[All three crawl through...........and find an empty ceil.]

Stan: Where the hell did she go?!?!?

Sheila: <from the next ceil over> I'm right here.

Kyle: AHHH, DAMMIT!!!! WE DID ALL THAT WORK AND WE BROKE IN THE WRONG MOTHER FUCKING CEIL!!!!!!!

Stan: Dude! Keep your voice down.

Cartman: NOOOOO!!!!!

[He tries vainly to pull the bars apart.]

Sheila: Use your magnificent buttocks!!

Kyle: GROSS!

Stan: If he bends those bars with his ass, I'm outta here and I'm not looking back!

[Cartman tries and tries, but his ass is no match for the bars.]

Cartman: I can't, my <pant, pant> buttocks are <pant> not powerful enough. <pant>

Kyle: I have an idea, dude.

[He whispers it in Stan's ear, then both smile at Cartman and Sheila.]

Cartman: Son of Bitch!

Sheila: I'll protect you, my Eric!!

[Stan tackles Cartman and Kyle helps Stan take of Cartman's shoes. Both back off as the stinch from Cartman's feet float up in a visable cloud.]

Kyle: Dammit, Cartman, don't you wash your feet?!?

Cartman: What for, my footies don't sweat.

Sheila: <sniffing> That is the sweetest thing I ever smelled!

Stan: Gross, dude!

Kyle: Lets get this over with, dude.

[Stan and Kyle start tickling Cartman's feet.]

Stan: Squeal, Cartman, start squealling like a stuck pig.

Cartman: Screw you, guys. I wanna go home.

Kyle: Squeal, god dammit!!

Cartman: Squueeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeee!!

Sheila: Leave my Cartman Cookie alone, you filthy schemegagies!!

Kyle: Make us!

Stan: Yeah, dude, I'd like to see you stop us.

Cartman: Squueeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeee!! Helpppppp! Squueeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeeeee!!

[Sheila's face gets all red and steam comes out of her ears.]

Sheila: I'M COMING, ERIC!!!!!!

Stan: Totally gross!!

Sheila: Ohhh, grow up!!

[She charges at the bars.]

Sheila: EAT MY PINWHEELS!!!!! DIEDIEDIE!!!!!!!!!!!

[She bangs her head on the bars.]

Sheila: <with eyes all starry> Yes, Mister Spaceman, I'll have another helping of moon cheese.

Cartman: Squueeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeee!! Helpppppp! Squueeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeeee, Squeeeeeeeeeeee!!

Sheila: <shaking her head> Here I come, my Eric! ARRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Stan: She sure comes a lot.

Kyle: DUDE!!

[Sheila jumps at the bars and starts trying to pull them apart. She grunts and growls and soon the bars widen enough for her to squirm through.]

Sheila: ERIC!!!!!!!! I'm finally here!!

Stan: Its about time she quit coming.

Kyle: DUDE!! STOP IT!!

Sheila: Now to exact revenge upon the tormentors of my Cartman Cookie! May the almight fruckus have mercy on your carcasses! DIE, SCHEMEGAGIES!!!

Stan: <looking to kyle> You didn't think this all the way through, did you?

Kyle: I guess not.

Stan and Kyle: AAAAAAUUUURRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[The Broslofski House.]

[Kenny has snuck upstairs, past the snoozing Mrs. Broslofski and made his way to Ike's room.]

Kenny: <thinking> I guessed right.

[The room is filled with the stolen candy and stuffed toys. Ike comes bouncing into his room and sees Kenny.]

Ike: Ooup meea gought.

Kenny: <turning to Ike> Mmmghtgmmmght?

[Ike bounces to his closet and shows Kenny several pinwheels.]

Ike: Meeas unnn sowwi.

[Mrs. Broslofski came in and saw Ike holding several of Sheila's pinwheel.]

Mrs. B: Ohhh, my God! Your turning into Sheila!!

Ike: Thas Bieatch!!!

Kenny: <turns to the camera and shrugs> Mmmmghtrghmmmmmm.

[South Park Police Station.]

[Mrs. Broslofski and Ike are standing before Officer Barbrady.]

Mrs. B: So you see Officer Barbrady, it was my poor, sweet, innocent child that was doing all the stealing and not my niece.

Barbrady: Thank you, Mrs. Broomsticky.

Mrs. B: Thats Broslofski.

Barbrady: Whatever. I'll take care of everything.

[Ten minutes later.]

Kyle: This is totally weak, dude!!! I'm innocent, I tell!! INNOCENT!!!

[The camera pulls back and we see Kyle wearing a prison uniform. The same sad harmonica tune is playing and Kyle starts banging his tin cup on the bars.]

[End.]
I would have preffered you didn't, but since it's already done, there's
nothing I can do about. So please, in the future, DO NOT alter my
fics. I wrote this especially for a a good friend and it was silently
dedicated to her.
You might want to write the author of any fic you want to try to alter
and wait for a reply, before altering it. I'm not mad or anything, but
its not good form to change a published fic without permission.

Thank you. dave.

Note to all.....

Here is netiquette at work......

No flames, no insults, just an exchange of viewpoints and opinions, followed by resolution and even apologies.

The great Covenant, the regular among regulars, has spoken his truth. Bow down and follow him or die. Well, you may not die, but no one in this newsgroup is to like you because The Great Covenant has spoken his truths to all and you should feel lucky for that. If anyone is to insult a regular, then that person will be judged upon his time within the newsgroup. We shall not look at the context of what he has written, for he does not matter, we are the Elitist Regulars in this newsgroup. We set the tone and let people know if they are deemed to worthy of speech, The Great Covenant has spoken. He has spoken and shown the light to you, he will determine how we will all speak to each other, he will determine what is appropriate, and he will determine if you are a worthy individual. If not, you just shut your mouth for two years and then you may speak, but not until Covenant has invited your speech. He has spoken, the Great Leader of Etiquette, the Grand Master of Intelligencia, the Grand Pubah of Opinions. If you wish to give an opinion, DON'T because only his matters. Here he is, Ladies and Gentlemen, he's big in France, the GREAT, AWESOME, POWERFUL, ELITIST REGULAR - COVENANT! A big round of applause - I don't see enough hands, if he comes out here and you are not on your feet clapping....well, you risk your own life just sitting there at that monitor.

COVENANT! Oh, Great One, please lead us into Your way of Truth, for it must be the only way of Truth. Oh, Exalted One, please lead us into Your way of Etiquette, for you lay down the Laws.

Ah....forget it, just another Elitist Regular, laying down his law as if it matter at all.

Your silly rant aside, he HAS spoken the truth. Usenet really is a forum for the free exchange of ideas and opinions and Netiquette, no, *Common Courtesy* dictates that you refrain from insulting those with whom you disagree.

I've read a number of posts from you. Agreed with some, disagreed with others, but this latest post is nothing but one massive insult that simply doesn't belong here, given the basic reason for the very existence of Usenet.

If you can't be a part of the solution, you seem to try damned hard to be a part of the problem.

Stop trying so hard.

Covenant

LJ MoonCovenantalt.tv.southpark

Jeesh! I take one day off of work and this is what I return to, isn't this awesome? Real community, this is great.

Covenant, I have no idea what you are talking about when you insinuate that I was trying to hide this from the group. I posted my first response to the newsgroup and to your e-mail, because I usually always hit the "Reply All" button, if you look up a few messages on this subject, you will see that. The next message about this was sent to me in private e-mail by you and you had replied to the newsgroup. Why you did this, I didn't care why, but you have said in other posts when I was discussing with D. G. Porter, "take this to private e-mail, not here." So I assumed that is why you did not post to the newsgroup. But what I don't understand is this insinuation that I am trying to hide from the newsgroup, why would I? I have nothing to hide from this people, most of these "regulars" already have me as a "kill-file" so what would I be hiding? Nothing, I have nothing to lose. So no, I am not scared to get "lamb"asted by you or anybody in this newsgroup, or in person, as you connotate that I wouldn't be able to say the things that I do in person. I state my opinions, whether in person or in newsgroups or in e-mails, I don't care who I am telling it to, the worst that person can do is beat me up - won't be the first and definitely not the last, the problem for them is I can handle my own.

As for freedom of speech, you asked me to find in your posts where you happen to disagree with that, let me show you.

opposing views come your way.

sense. In all practices of the form, I don't think when you call for freedom of speech, it means shutting up for opposing views. I think it means hearing opposing views, and hopefully listening. I believe in that, I am willing to listen (or read, in this case) to opposing views. So yes, I would love that, and I do love to hear opposing views. But in return I would care for that same respect, whatever I am going to say, whether sarcasm is in the point or not. Because I am sarcastic.

As for me whining, I care to disagree. I have not and will not complain in a childish way about anything in this newsgroup or in life. And see, it is whining when you complain in a "childish way." See, the difference is the way you lodge a complaint, intelligently or not. It is determined whether it is well-thought out or not. I believe that I have almost always done the former and not the latter. I have not just given a 1-sentence blurb, stating "The ticket guy at the movie theater didn't let me in, he is a jerk and I hate him." So this is the difference between whining and complaining or stating a point that you disagree with. So I still don't see your Irony.

Also, as for me being obtuse with any kind of logical reasoning, I would like to see evidence backing up this claim. This is the only thing that I take offense to in the letter, so I am requesting evidence where I do not state my opinion and then state the "facts" (which may be disputable) that support my claim. I really do wish for this evidence to come forth. And please don't snip me up and cut me up as you have done with this posting to the newsgroup of which I am replying.

You are correct, I attacked you with sarcasm concerning your reply on net etiquette. But I find it quite hypocritical, because you tout yourself as The Regular and yet, in your pasts posts - I have read where you have insulted people, so it seemed funny to me that you should be speaking of net etiquette. If this is the true definition of Net Etiquette, I shall try my best to follow and expect you and your "regulars" to do the same. But I don't have a problem of insults and sarcasm, I really am quite fond of it, so it never bothered me, it just appeared hypocritical for you or most people in this newsgroup to speak on it, but I misinterpreted the post - you claim that you were praising the two gentlemen for squabbling and coming to a resolution, I must apologize for this. I should have kept my fingers on my mouse and not have touched the keyboard. I really do apologize and wish to find resolution within this debate of ours.

Yours truly, LJ

Sorry, I didn't answer this sooner, but I took yesterday off.

Covenant. A Man With Far Too Much Time On His Hands

Alt.Tv.Southpark FAQ: http://www.angelfire.com/oh/joesfaqforsp

<some snips here>

What Covenant was speaking of is basic Usenet courtesy. Look in any Usenet FAQ, and I'm sure it would say basically the same thing, unless it's not referred to because the compiler of whichever FAQ figured it was a given. Flames and insults are supposed to be avoided, just an intelligent exchange of viewpoints are used to express differing opinions.

It's not who the person insults, it's the fact that the person throws around gratuitous insults when discussion or explanation would really clear something up. Whether the insultee is a regular, newbie, or lurker--whatever--that doesn't matter. If people randomly throw around insults at anyone, and they do not add to the discussion in a constructive manner, no one will think very highly of them.

We shall not look at the

<snip>

Being a regular just means that a person has been in the newsgroup for a while, and has taken part in the discussion. Being a regular isn't some sort of elitist rank. Anyone can be a regular if they contribute useful conversation to a group, and not insult and pick on others for any reason (by turning discussions into unpleasant arguments, giving someone a hard time about spelling or grammar, etc.). The reason why other regulars tend to stand up for each other more often, is because after being in the group for awhile, sharing viewpoints and insights, people become friends. And, naturally, people stand up for their friends. It's not an elitist thing, it's just that some of us know each other better. And to be considered a friend, naturally, a person must act friendly and show an interest in communication within the group. Nothing's elitist here, everyone is welcome, as long as they express their opinions in an intelligent manner, and show some sense of common courtesy...No one really cares to have anyone spewing out worthless insults that would just deteriorate the quality of discussion to mindless flame wars.

Just the way I see it...

LJ, I disagree. What Covenant advocates has been standard Usenet practice *years* before this group even existed. Sure, people can disagree from time to time, and everyone is perfectly entitled to air differences of opinion in the appropriate forums, which is what the bulk of this thread is about. But you should maintain a courteous manner, and steer clear of ad hominem attacks (that is, challenging someone's comment instead of insulting them). What diplomats call a "full and frank exchange of views" can be done without raised voices or trying to wound.
