EP #205: Mexican Staring Frog of Sri Lanka...was it cut?

Say, here in Canada they FINALLY aired it (after a really long time), and I just gotta know...when they aired it here, did they (Global) cut a scene out of it?

First, after being held in detention, Kyle, Kenny, Cartman, and Stan are plotting to get back at Stan's uncle Jimbo. While they're whispering to each other, Cartman starts saying, "Sweet....SWEET..." then all of a sudden, it abruptly cuts to Ned and Jimbo's "Huntin' and Killin'" show.

The screen does a vertical flip, which seems to indicate that there was a really poor job of cutting (I know enough about film and video to tell when something's been edited), and it really seems apparent in this case.

So, was anything cut out?
