Is there a ftp-site where I can download them? I already checked about 20 SP-sites but couldn't find these files.

I have been to that binaries thingy and those people PISS ME OFF! NOBODY will tell me what to do with those files, how to make them work. Do I save them to disc, do I just copy and paste somewhere, do I have to decode them, what, what what???? I have no idea.
