Going down to South Park

Okay, is this that VH1 special from a couple months back? The Comedy Central documentary from a couple years back(with Matt and Trey sitting in a hot tub with some wierd Japanese guy for no apparent reason)? or is this something entirely new?

I assume he keeps them warm when the hot water gets cold. They even complained about this fact.
