connections between shows

Anybody notice the different connections between the shows?

In the Kathie Lee episode, Cartman tells Wendy that he's going to be on television and is going to be famous, and she replies "So was Hitler". Then Cartman was Hitler on the Halloween episode...

Also, I think it was in the anal-probe episode that there was something written about Kathie Lee Gifford on the chalkboard, but I could never see the whole thing. Anyone know what it said?
