How many times when Kenny died Kyle didn't say "YOU BASTARD"??

I recall the one in the Prehistoric Iceman episode, in which Stan starts off with his usual "Oh my God!" thing....but since he and Kyle were fighting, Kyle responded (after a substantial pause), "What?! I'm not talking to you." to Stan.
