I saw an email from Best Buy that said if you pre-order season 2 you get a bonus dvd with a never aired southpark pilot. Do you think it is finally the Spirit of Xmas in decent quality?

That's one of those things I kinda enjoyed seeing in the pilot itself. This was sorta back before they really established the series itself, so they had that in mind that Cartman would have this somewhat normal family he lived in. With an older brother we do see at the dinner table and a dad who probably looks as if he could've been the owner of a sleazy used car dealership in town. Somehow the got ride of both the dad and the other kid and just re-wrote Cartman's existance as just being the singler child to a hermaphrodite.

Well, I have it on tape anyway for years now. I really don't have the intentions to buy the Second Season DVD at all (nor the first), mainly for reasons as I felt the presentation of them aren't really worth the extra cash to throw away. I assume the extra disc for the Second Season set probably makes up for not having commentary tracks for the episodes for that season.
