t shirt has wrong line

I recenlty saw in my local mall, a bunch of SP shirts. I was overjoyes, until I read the sayings. The shirts had one character on it, for instance the Kyle shirt; it had kyle saying Kick ASS. THat isn't his line, it's cartman's line. And on Stan's Shirt it said Oh My God, You Killed Kenny. Again that wasn't Stan's line, that is Kyle's line. I wanna know how is it possible for this to happen??? Dosen't Comedy central, Trey Parker, or Matt Stone see any of this before merchandise goes on sale??????
