I don't know the name of the song but all I know that is was parody of Enya's Sail Away song *cringes*

It's ripped apart enough to be unrecognizable(not to mention unprosecutable for copyright infringement cuz they were too lazy/rushed/whatever to get permission to use it) tho'. They did the same thing to Cher's Believe in Two Naked Guys In A Hot Tub as well.

Nope, that's the Styx song (Cartman has to sing it thru). Grampa's song was a distorted version of Enya's "Orinoco Flow", as others have pointed out.
