In the original Frosty the Snowman video, who is not Cartman was called Kenny, and he died in it. so did who is now called Kenny, and when Matt nad Trey made the Spirit of Christmas, they wanted to start it with all four boys, but they killed Kenny again! So then, they did the original Cartman Gets an Anal Probe (ep#100), and did the same again. Then came the series, and they thought "what the hell!" so they stuck Kenny in it again and killed him, and so it all started.
