Hey folks.....i just saw an ad last night on the USA network advertisintg that the South Park game was available now on N64.......does anyone know if its been put out on CD rom yet??? I'm really looking forward to it.....does anyone know if its available??? or if not,, when?? Thanks

I read in Software Etc. that the CD-ROM version of the game is expected sometime after the new year. Look for it around January 2nd.

I asked this question on another thread and I don't remember the answer (yes I can be such a dork sometimes :P), but does anyone know if this game will still work on a non Pentium, like an AMD-K6? Please let me know.

All the x86 platforms are compatible. The question you should be asking is if or what kind of 3D acceleration program API it uses; D3D, opengl, glide. I haven't been keeping up with this game so I don't know if it is a 3D game or not. I'm loving Baldur's Gate and waiting on DiabloII. Glide is a proprietary API and will work only on 3Dfx based cards (Banshee, voodoo1 and 2). D3D is part of micro$oft's DirectX and is supported under windows. Opengl is an open API that most graphics cards support. If SP is 2d only, then any crappy video card will work.
