This should be an easy question, but I couldn't locate the episode on beef-cake.com
It was the one with mutant turkeys. They were going to kill everyone. Chef sends everyone back for "whatever you can get" (rugged band/militia) and to meet back. The townspeople are the Scottish rebels. The turkeys are the British ("they're more of them than us"). Chef then in William Wallace warpaint and a horse rallies his troups before the fight...for FREEDOM! The turkey then does the same...IN WARPAINT no less. Very funny. I've got to get the sound clips, but without knowing the episode (and much trouble finding it) I call upon this NG for help.
