Since he already spent his million dollars buying that theme park, I wonder how he had enough money to produce a commercial and buy ad time in order to mock Stan and Kyle. Perhaps he managed to successfully market "Tenorman Chilli" on the side, and thats where he got his revenue from.

I was thinking the same thing. Seeing he had to let people in to pay salaries, I assumed he was tapped out.
