Sticky Situations

I know that "That what I call a 'sticky situation'" came from a TV sitcom or some sort of movie. Can ANYONE remember where it is from? Its killing me!!!!!

It's the kind of thing you see in lame Hanna Barbera cartoons. It follows the pattern where <word> happens, and someone says "Now that's what I call <cliche that contains word>!"

Perhaps it's from a Scooby Doo episode where they're running from a monster, knock over 50 tons of bubble gum, and the monster gets trapped in all the gum. And Velma says "Now that's what I call a sticky situation!" and everyone laughs and they solve the mystery and everyone laughs and fade to credits.

If they fall back on Hanna Barbera enough, we'll probably see Kenny dying as, apparently, the result of running off-camera, pretty soon.

I wonder if they'll ever have Kenny die from being shrunken to the size of a spotted owl, dropped into a goldfish bowl full of chocolate wrappers while having "It's A Small World" whistled to him, and then kicked off the edge of a giant plastic lobster on top of a restaurant only to bounce off a flying bird (knocking it out) and landing in a mindfield.

It's the weirdest thing I could think of on the spur, and if Trey and Matt hear of this, I wonder what they'd think. But compared to some of their creations, it's really not so weird. They are prolly the two most creative people I am aware who are putting something on TV.
