I am thinking that this was from one of the first 2 seasons. It was the episode where everyone got explosive diarrhea. I remember some great lines as the Mayor saying "I just gave birth to a brown baby boy." I seem to remember Kenny being the one who got everyone so sick.

Episode 317, "World Wide Recorder Concert"
The boys have to learn "My Country 'Tis of Thee" on the recorder so they can play in the "4 Million Child Blow" sponsored by Yoko Ono (that chick that broke up the Beattles.) At practice for the "4MCB", the run into some kids from New York who make fun of them and call them "queefs." The boys try to "out cool" the New York guys, so they decide to change the music on EVERYONE'S music sheets to play the legendary "brown note" a note that, when heard, causes the person hearing it to uncontrollably crap their pants. The result is, 4 million children play the "brown note" to a world-wide listening audience, so the whole planet craps their pants.
A sub-plot involves Mr. Garrison. He doesn't want to go to where the 4MCB is being held because his father lives there and Mr. Garrison hates his father. We later find out that the reason Mr. Garrison hates his father is becuas his father never sexually molested him as a child, Mr. Garrison takes this as a sign that his father didn't love him. Mr. Garrison plots to get his father to sexually molest him so he can know his father loves him, but his father is reluctant. I won't spoil the rest if you haven't seen it, but Mr. Garrison does eventually come to know his father loves him.

Oops, I guess I thought he meant "uncontrollable crapping", when he actually did mean "explosive diharea." And meant "the whole world" rather than "the whole town of SP" by "everyone." So that's why I didn't understand his last two sentences.
