No, Cartman's young and ignorant, and that's the diffence. I believe that is the message that the writers are trying to get across. Sometimes you have to look beyond the words.

I thought until I saw the Damien episode that Cartman's mom was the one who was prejudice. She was the one who dressed him up in the Hitler costume and in Volcano Cartman said "My mom said there's a lot of black people in Africa" but after seeing her wink at Chef in the Damien episode now I'm not so sure.

On the episode where Barbara Streisand turns into a big monster then dies, what is the song that Cartman is singing when the show first begins - when they are digging for arrow-heads?
