The Episode is "Fat Camp"
Cartman goes to fat camp and sells candy to the fatsos and has a fake(and thinner) "Cartman" go back, Stan and Kyle blow "Cartman's" cover when he slips out of charecter, that's when they blackmail "Cartman" to dress up as Kenny to crawl into Ms. Crabtree's twat(as part of a PPV event). Meanwhile Kenny gets famous for his whoredom and goes on the Howard Stern show and gives Howard a hummer for $5, and evenually gets him arrested. "Pastor of Muppets" wrote in message news:[email]...

I think the poster meant the kid who came out after the fake Kenny/"Skinny Cartman"/kid in drug rehab camp.
Some say that second kid was Harry Potter, glasses and all.
