Couple of things from when the Cartmans go to Chef's parents house:
1. "There's heavy fog on the moors tonight" - possible reference to one of my favorite movies of all time, the horror comedy "An American Werewolf in London", perhaps?
2. When Chef's dad looks over Cartman, it's very much like when the Oracle takes a close look at Neo in The Matrix
3. "This boy is clean" (paraphrased) - obvious Poltergeist reference... another one of my favorite movies.
