i have another music-related question. does anyone know who is selecting the music for the south park soundtrack? i know of a green day song that is going to be on it and it totally rules! it's a great song. (please, no flames from those of you who hate green day) anyway, i was just wondering if it's matt-n-trey picking the music or the corporate machine.

I can't say I know for sure, but I think we can pretty much assume by the hand they've played in everything else they've done, it'll probably selected by Trey Parker, Matt Stone, and Bruce Howell. It seems to me, especially as far as music is concerned, (since they're both music lovers) they'd be sure they were in charge of things.

Check out the comedy central site next wednesday (16th) for the world prmier of "Kenny's dead" a track from the forthcoming "Chef aid:the south park album"
Yeh It's title involves chef (can't remember full name) and according to a geocities advert on a site should hit america mid-late sept (probably untrue,but perhaps I'm just being a pecimist) that's all I know!
The South Park CD titled "Chef Aid: The South Park Album" is set to be released on October 20th in the USA. I am guessing it will the amount of an average CD.
Tim McGraw, Devo, Spice Girls, and Master P are a few artist that are going to be on it.
When does it come out in Canada?
