Is the play script for "Alfred Packer The Musical" available for sale for use in a public performance?

It was done here in New York very successfully off-broadway for about 6 months. It was very cute and had some nice innovation (like Leanne being played by a woman with a tail and horse's ears), even within the confines of the script.
