Does anyone know where one can find a copy of cannibal the musical? also, does DVDA have an album? (I love the song from the beginning of Orgasmo)

You can order Cannibal for 59$ at crapcrapcrap.com. As for DVDA, no they haven't come out with an album yet.

Well, at this point, a DVD player is a little too rich for my blood-- I'd have to buy a new TV just to be able to hook the thing up :) I was kind of thinking more in terms of whether Suncoast could order it for me, or if I would be able to find it for rent somewhere. places like video warehouse and movie gallery stock it. i'm fairly certain that hollywood video has it too. don't expect it at blockbuster, though. when it was first out on video i asked several blockbusters about it and was met each time with blank stares. the last one i went to said to me, "we don't stock movies like that." if you really want to order it, i'm sure somewhere like suncoast (or one of the above rental places) will gladly get you a copy. if not, crap, troma and various other online stores have it.
you probably will. it has it's drawbacks, but really...what film like that doesn't? it was made for negative money and was a first full length for all involved...ofcourse, there are going to be glitches. but, for the most part, imo, it's incredible. very, very funny and in some cases brilliant. you just have to watch it for what it is, instead of going in with preconcieved notions.
and, i guess, a preexisting knowledge of R&H musicals might help. <g>

Cool; I actually do have a knowledge of musical theatre (did some plays in high school), I thought that the Le Miz aspect of the South Park film was fantastic. And those boys sure know their Dickens! I'll probably see if Suncoast can order it for me-- as far as ordering in online, my credit card is, um broken. :)

I don't think DVDA have an album, but they did a song for the 'Chef Aid' SouthPark Album featuring Perry Farrell called 'Hot Lava'. Apart from that, i have no idea what else DVDA has done.

P.S. D.V.D.A IS matt and trey's band, and when they were asked what DVDA meant, Matt said it was a position in porn films called 'Double Vaginal Double Anal' (WTF? LoL) but according to matt, its just means to them "hang out, have fun!"
