Ok, there's been a little confusion over the remix file, so I figured I better come on here and tell you guys about it before you email me requesting it. It is a remix of the Chemical Brothers' techno track, "Block Rockin' Beats", with Eric Cartman sound bytes overlayed on top of it. The remix is zipped into a file that is 3.9 mb big. It is an MP3 file, meaning that you're going to need an MP3 player to play it. Use WinAmp, it's the best. Search for it on the web, you should find it easily. A lot of people have been complaining that they can't transfer a big file like that through email. So, I'll be making a real quick web page Saturday night before I leave for vacation Sunday.. I've been flooded with requests, and it's really a bitch to keep uploading a 3.9 mb file to your news server every time you get 5 more emails. I'll let you know when the page goes up, should be Saturday night sometime. Just don't expect anything big.. I could code something spectacular, but it'll take a week. This way you guys get the file this weekend, before I leave for a few days.
P.S. My mail server returned the message I sent out with the file attached to me twice: it said some of the addresses had fatal errors. The log file said that these people were:
AOL people: server is too busy ix.netcom.net people: file is bigger than allowed erols.com: file is bigger than allowed earthlink.net: file is bigger than allowed
So if you're in one of the above domains, don't think I forgot you! I mailed you, most likely the day you mailed me, and the damn message bounced! Not my fault, so don't think I just ignored you.
