Hi, i was wondering if anyone has a complete list of all characters that have appeared in south park throughout all of the seasons.
if anyone can provide such a list id be extremely grateful
PS full names would be appreciated ie Stan Marsh instead of just stan, or Liane cartman instead of mrs. cartman.

I'm pretty sure there are quite a few websites that have full lists, I think ParkSouth did, but I don't think it's around anymore. I'd try to make such a list, but would wind up overlooking critical characters (like, for example, Chef :)
