Two Stupid Dogs Kenny Reference?

My little brother LOVES Cartoon Network and I was watching Two Stupid Dogs with him today and there was a character who had a green Kenny suit and muffled stuff like MFHMHMMHMMFMMHFFFMH! I have no idea if it was meant to be Kenny or if it was as perverse as Kenny. If you know ANYTHING about this, tell me. And I don't want a ton of posts that are like "That never was on!" and "Stupid little asshole!" This newsgroup is for intellectual posts about South Park, not a load of bullcrap. ��� �hr�B

All I know about Two Stupid Dogs, is that is is VERY funny at 3:30am when you are drunk. And as for intellectual posts about southpark; can such a thing happen?

Oh yeah, I forgot: In some Cartoon Network series (maybe 2 Stupid Dogs, I don't remember) there was a kid with a orange jacket and upside-down glasses named Kenny and he was like "Uhh, this is my dad's bowling trophy" and then the teacher said "That's very nice Kenny" ��� �hr�B

Yes, that was Two Stupid Dogs, but the kid wasn't wearing an orange jacket. I dunno what his first name was, but his last name was Fowler (sp). He'd always get teased by another kid and he'd say, "What a Fowler!" But like I said the first time I posted, Two Stupid Dogs has been in repeats for a couple years.
