Terrence discovers that his and Celine Dion's daughter has been kidnapped by Iraqis. When him and Phillip go to find her, Scott, a man who constantly tries to convict Terrence of murder, helps Saddam Hussein sneak into Canada in exchange for revenge. When they return, Saddam has taken over and Celine has fallen in love with Phillip's "friend", a man named Ugly Bob who wears a bag over his head.
