In this episode there's a bit where Cartman, dressed like Bugs Bunny in drag, holds up a sequence of pictograms. I understood "screwball", "jackass", "shithead" and, of course, "Barbra Streisand", but I didn't get the "cock-bedpost" one. Could someone elaborate?

I was going to suggest that Matt and Trey deliberately put the Towelie episode on the previous week, to make the "Towelie-ban" pun possible. But this can't be the case: according to epguides.com, the Towelie episode was first shown in August (before September 11) and the Osama bin Laden episode was first shown in November.
