It's a good question....Also, Kenny seems to be more (at times) more knowlegeable than his friends.

In first episode "Cartman Get An Anul Probe".....

      Kenny knew what dildo meant even though we couldn't
    understand him.

     In another episode Chef asked the kids a question of a
   medical nature. Kenny was the only one that knew what
   it meant.

   Also, in another episode where Cartman was taking the
  place of Officer Bob because of Bob ability not able to
  read.
    He comes to Kenny's house to break up a family argument
  between Kenny's Mom & Dad.
   He knocks them down with his nite stick. I you look at the
  expression of Kenny's brother and if you can make out Kenny's
  expression they seem to be enjoying that Cartman was beating
  up the parents. "Respect My authority!" says Cartman.

     Also, I think that have the BLEEPS in the show where the
  characters are saying obscene language.
    I believe that having the BLEEPS in makes the show MUCH
   FUNNIER.   I hope they have those in the film.

Yeah, we know. That pretty much holds for almost anything on TV-take the Jerry Springer show, for instance.

Although the bleeps in the TV show make it funnier, the film will NOT have any bleeps since it will be an R rating.

In second grade, I remember being introduced to all manner of previously unknown-to-me sexual information by a friend who lived in what was quite literally a trailer hovel. This was a collection of trailers and a house that by any other standards was a shack surrounded by TONS of trash, just like Kenny's neighborhood.

With a fairly sizable number of middle-class friends back then, I had never heard about the stuff this kid described. As I grew older, I assumed it was due to an upbringing that cared more about collecting welfare checks and drinking than bringing up their kids right...just like that poor piece of trash Kenny.
