Since Trey and Matt announced that the season after this will be the last for SOUTH PARK, I'm wondering what will they be doing next when the show's over. There was a rumor that they're going to start a company that makes adult films(a la Vivid Video), and I don't doubt it.

Nope. Universal took over production of the DVD some time ago. It was supposed to be out last April, now it won't be out till this fall. :/ Dunno why the hell it's taking so long, but it was supposed to be out on DVD as far back as 1998.
