I didn't know chickens had fingers, but I DID have about 4 dozen "Buffalo" chicken wings earlier today, and a Bronco burger (the owner of the take-out place is a Bronco fan, it's kind of a salute to the new champions.)
BTW I figured when the Broncos made the Super Bowl, Matt and Trey would put together a quick halftime-short type thing, given Stan's fascination with John Elway and all, but it never happened. Bummer.

Remember Who Framed Roger Rabbit? You can't kill a toon in the conventional way.
Also, the (infamous Star Trek) reset button is pressed after every episode thus restoring all characters to their original state. Kenny is alive, Miss Ellen is back and very upset about getting shot into the Sun and finds out that Wendy Testeburger was behind the plot, Scuzzlebutt is alive and mad as hell at Stan for shooting him, Kenny dad is alive after getting spattered on Cartoon Central's building, etc.
I must say that you all read into Kenny's death each week. They just pull Kenny out of no where is cartoon fact like Andy P. Jung wrote that a cartoon can't die and most cartoons are like a "Ground Hogs Day". Take the Simpsons for instance. What ever happened to their pool. Didn't Homer try and kill them all. Most of this stuff never comes back and the creators hope the viewers forget about it over time or that they never question it. As for SouthPark, as Stone and Parker have said the only reason they kill Kenny everytime is that it was a tradtion that started all the way Back in the first 2 episodes Jesus vs. Frosty and Jesus vs. Santa. I doubt that there's enough meat on his little bones to feed the entire school. Maybe they also use all those other South Park residents that get killed off and reappear in perfect health from one week to the next.
