Are there 2 Anal probe episodes?

I think I have 2 differrent versions, the unusual one has chile (the food) in the plot line. It also has Cartman biting the school nurse, kenny lives, at the end Cartman does not have pink eye, The British kid Pip has a bigger part, therre is a diffeent scene in the playground.
