Noses in South Park (BL&U)

At the beginning of the movie, when Stan told his mom about the Terrance & Phillip movie, all the people had a Band-Aid on their nose. i think, and i'm wrong a lot, that most of the adults have a nose (except for Jimbo, Ned, & couple others) and the kids don't have a nose. Is it that they r all getting a nose job 'cuz they didn't have a nose when they r young?

If u watch the trailer of the same scene, the people don't have a Band-Aid on them. Anyone know y?

In the trailer, you see people on the wall behind Stan, those waiting for the rhinoplasty.

In the film, you see the people behind stan's mom, people who have already had the rhinoplasty.

Let me restate my dumb question, why did they change that scene from the movie?

It's always nice to know that there are still some nice people like Scotty and Steven to answer a stupid question.

The scene didn't change, only to position of the camera.

if you watch the trailer you may notice that a few things are changed... some scenes are cut short, language left out, and others are different simply becuase there are too many bad words in a scene.
