could anyone please tell me how to alter my mail-address so that i don't
get any spam in return (i.e. how to put in asterisks or the like)? i tried it but netscape won't let me send the message until i changed my address back to its original state....

If you are using Netscape - go to Options and then to Mail and News Preferences. You should be able to edit your address there. Make sure you edit you REPLY TO address and not your e-mail. This should work.
Well thank you for being an asshole. Incase you didn't NOTICE because you were to busy reading all the posting title "Ann's a bitch" (the song is coming out soon!), I actually (please sit down) helped someone out with Netscape. So, if you want to believe everything you read in NGs lemme fill you in on a few things: Matt and Trey are Gay lovers, Tom Hanks tried to cancel South Park, South Park is going to end soon, South Park sucks, etc. Get my hint? gee, that's what i call a reply... i am slowly getting the impression that people can be very cooperative... thanks. i am actually aware of the fact that i could have searched the web for the southpark sites myself, but when i, after reading the faq, didn't find the answer to my question i just thought i'd give it a try and write a short request. in continental europe almost nobody knows the series or the characters. i never expected such fandom. i hope you get my point too... thanx for the info, i always thought matt and trey channel their sexual drive by means of their dogs.... ;) sorry that my english sounds like shit, but as you know i am a distant fan
