Mary Kay Bergman

I heard she commited suicide. Anyone know why? Was she troubled in some way? Also, was she the lady who appeared (live action) in one episode as the shop teacher's lost love? He kept having flashbacks to her dying in a plane crash. Any help is appreciated.

Over the years she experienced irrational fears that began to consume her. On the morning of November 11, 1999 she did a radio talk show celebrating Disneyland's 45th Anniversary. That evening she left two notes, one for husband Dino and one for friend John Bell, and shot herself in the head. The notes say that she could no longer handle the fear.

She is not the woman Mr. Adlet saw in flashbacks. The woman is Pam Brady, consulting producer.

Just curious, was it ever recorded what these were fears of?

The last few things I saw about the whole situation in letters from her husband said that she had apparently been suffering in silence and was home alone on the wrong night.
