There was a similar scam going around, the Woodside Literary Agency. Basically they had this web page and a bogus mailing address, and they were looking for writers to publish. As in sperm donation, the usual legitimate arrangement is that the publishers/sperm bank pay YOU, because in essence you're providing a service to THEM, i.e. writing or wanking. But what would happen is, you'd have to pay Woodside to look at your manuscripts. And of course instead of using this money to look at your manuscript, they'd buy heroin or porno or stink bombs or something like that, and hope the FBI doesn't bust them for fraud.
