Chef's Choc. Balls recipe

Here is the recipe for Chef's balls and thanks to Albert Kennedy for his input. This recipe actually looks fairly workable, but a few modifcations may have to be made. If anyone cooks these things, let me know how they turn out & what modfications were made.

2 Tbsp Cinnamon 2-3 egg whites � stick of butter (melted) Place ingredients in a bowl & stir w/a wooden spoon then add: 1 cp of flour � cp of unsweetened chocolate � cp of brandy Bag or two of sugar A pinch of vanilla

preheat oven to �350 F roll mixture into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. cooking time unknown, Chef neglected to say.

P.S. Don't forget to lick the spoon!!!

thats what Chef said, but I am sure that this is WAY too much and needs to be cut back.
