.. but was anyone else disappointed in the movie to see that Kenny actually looks like just a plain little blonde dweeb. Why oh why couldn't they have stuck the face of Leonardo De Caprio on him?

Actually, I was pleased that he looks like any of the other kids in South Park. It's the perfect answer to everyone who have been wondering what he looks like, picturing him as some weird freak of sorts. I had a feeling Trey and Matt would make him as normal looking as possible. In addition, he isn't a plain little blonde dweeb. I thought he was very cute! I, and the rest of the audience "aaaaaaaawwwwwww"ed when we finally saw him :-)

Don't they do something to their voices with a synthesizer to make them so high pitched? Except for Cartman though. That's the impression I was under.

when they do stan and kyles voices, they are electronically altered in pitch and speeded up slightly (or something along those lines) cartmans voice is done straigt off, as is kenny's muffles (stick your hand over your mouth and you too can speak like kenny! wow!) ;)

I wasn't disappointed. If anything I was kind of touched by it. It was a tender moment where he gets to say goodbye to his friends, something he never gets to do since his deaths are always sudden. Of course, he needs to look like everyone else in South Park, or were you expecting something akin to the unmasking of Darth Vader?

When he said goodbye, the first time I saw the film I actually got teary-eyed. (And I'm not usually a weepy sap in movies).

So was I! My friends and about almost everyone else I know thinks I'm mighty strange because I looked sad or touched or about to cry at some scenes in the end of the movie, *plus* the un-hooding of Kenny.

Same here!! And when Terrance and Phillip got shot... It was the waterworks!! I know this sounds kinda weird, but at the beginning when Wendy went off with Gregory and just says "Bye Stan.." real softly that seemed like a sad moment to me, too. Of course, when I go "Aww" everyone goes to me "IT'S JUST A CARTOON, DAMN IT!"

the mole's death scene, man! that gets me choked up just thinking about it.

jesuchristo, but i wish they could incorporate the mole into the series somehow! of course, they'd have to bleep out about half his dialogue...

actually, the coolest part about the way the movie ends, for me, is that the mole is returned to life. hooray! (although they don't show him being revived. hmmm, maybe it'll be in the director's cut.)

Actually, I think the mole is part of the crowd scene at the tail-end of the movie. He looks a bit different, however -- maybe his ammunition belt is missing? I do not recall.
