Jimbo's Blurry collar

Did anyone notice that Jimbo's shirt was blurry when he announced the Denver Broncos in the Barn? His face as well as the background was in focus but the line of his collar against his shirt was blurred. At first I thought it was supposed to look like he had puked on himself but really think it was just out of foucs. Does anyone know how the SP animation process works? It obviously looks cheap but that is what's so charming about it. I just wondered if this blurred shirt thing was my imagination.

I didn't exactly catch that blurring, but here's the process as I read about it in the interview in October w/ Trey & Matt:

1. Layout 2. Storyboard 3. Construction Paper 4. ONE FRAME of every scene is shot 5. That ONE FRAME is put in a computer and animated on Wavefront into a whole scene 6. Output to film 7. Telcine

I hope that cleard some things up.
