I saw the answer! Towards the end of the credits of "The Christmas Show", the christmas tree falls on Kenny and kills him. And all of this time I thought he survived that show. I should have known that Matt and Trey, et al, would have little or no reason to uphold the tradition of respect towards a commercialized holiday. Thanks to anyone who saw my original request for that information. Verification is always appreciated.

Are you sure you're not confusing this with "Chickenlover?"
In "Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo," Kenny jumps for joy when "THE END" appears. The only other shot you see is of Jesus blowing out his birthday candles alone.
In "Chickenlover," a tree falls on Kenny when there's no one else around. The other three boys are riding with Officer Barbrady on a truck driven by Jesus.
I think you're probably thinking about Chicken Lover, or something. I just checked out the end and the credits of my Real Video copy. The only thing that popped up during the credits was Jesus singing "happy birthday to me". Yeah, the credits in the Real Video copy were cut off, because I guess the person who digitized it felt the need to save a few bytes, but I distinctly remember Kenny not popping up and getting killed during them, during the original broadcast. I could be wrong, though. It's been awhile since I saw the broadcast version.

I always assumed that that was Matt's and Trey's present to him.

You're probably thinking of the Chickenlover ep, where a tree falls on Kenny during the credits, unless what you're talking about was cut or something.
