They should do an episode where the kids try to find out his real name, but get dissapointed a lot.. i.e., All his mail is delivered to Chef, at school, in his file it says Chef, stuff like that. Could be a 2 parter (No 4 week waiting period) with them finally finding out his name by visiting his mother...
